Title: will you take it?

let\'s say you just made a phone call with one of those payphone (they\'re everywhere ain\'t they?), and right after your finish with your call, your 25Cent pop right out.  Will you take it? or not?

We were discussin\' that in our Speeh class and I found out that it\'s against the law to take the 25 cents.  You can get arrested literally...:eyemouth:  

kinda dumb but you can be call a thief....:(

Of course I would take it.  And then immeadiatly mail it off to the phone company, also demanding my money back for the stamp..

No, but I too had this discussion before.  A reasonable person would take the money.  I would take the money, most people would most likely take the money...

Hence if you were to be prosecuted, and the jury being reasonable, would not find you guilty of thevery.  Hence its not a crime...
