Yep, I think that these forums have taken a nose dive for the worst in the last 24hrs.

I think that it was a BIG mistake to take away post counting with the Off Topic forum. If there is no incentive to post threads, then way bother? I mean, I was never here for a \'post count\', but it was good when I reached 500, 1000 etc.

Mods, if you really want to clean these forums up, ban the idiots that keep going on about spamming, and the ones that are posting ridculous posts.

Thats why I am leaving, not for good, just for awhile. I am going to take a bit of a breather from these forums because I think their a waste of time at the moment.

It would seem people around here are all kinda pissed about well......nothing much really.

The title "Much ado about nothing" kinda fits Off-Topic at the moment.

If your leaving beacause you don\'t get post counts when u post in off-topic..     Then what were you really posting for?   Post counts or Quality conversations?

hmmmmmmmm.

excellent point, i am ultimately here for the great conversations, but the post counts added a nice little extra on the side.  I can put up with the frozen post counts until things die down though.


ps- Soulgrind your avatar is evil, whenever it is on my screen my computer experiences slow down:evil: .  hehe, no problem though, just thought i would share.  Kinda funny huh?

Leaving because of lack of post count is ridiculous.  Leaving because of how idiotic and pathetic the OT forum has just become, well, I agree.  Stop having fun people!!!  Stop it now!!!!

It has nothing to do with the post count issue.

I think that the whole spamming thing, while creating activity throughout the forums, has deffinately effect the \'quality\' of the so called conversation that everyone comes here for.

Why not just ban the idiots who continually spam, instead of stopping everyones post count.

I mean, I dont come here for the post count, but I cant wait to get to 5000.
