Title: Naughty Dog Voice Talent?
Post by: Zavijava on December 19, 2001, 07:23:55 PM
Whilst reading the ending credits for J&D, I noticed that the voice talent for Gol read as "Dee Snider". For those who are unfamiliar with the 80\'s band Twisted Sister, thier singer\'s name is identical to that of the "talent" of Gol.

Coincidence, probably not.

I saw him on the top 20(40?) Hairband countdown on VH1 a few weeks back. How in the *@$# did he manage to talk the producers into making Twisted Sister #3 on the list?!? If it is same "Dee Snyder" then I\'m glad Jason Rubin is a lot more stubborn than those VH1 guys. I don\'t think Jak & Daxter would have had the same appeal with "Were not gonna take it!" as it\'s theme song. :crap:

Wierd, I thought that any influence that ol\' Dee might have on any industry crescendoed eons ago? In regards to the "Gol talent" in J&D, it\'s either a humorous pseudonym for some shmoe, the actual frontman for TS, and I say a completely unrelated individual, but really, who would want to share anything remotely similar to TS, other than being oblivious to the matter altogether?
