Well, Proud To Be said in an earlier thread that he thinks he will die of cancer someday..
So I thought to myself, what could I die of? Old age? nah. Accident? nah. I think I\'m gonna die of.. *drumroll please*... Heart disease! It runs in my family and lots of my family has died from that. :( I guess I will have to live a VERY healthy life to avoid those damned genetics!
How do you think you\'ll die?

Heart Disease.. here\'s why.
1. I smoke
2. I don\'t excersize
3. I take speeder pills before I go to sleep (Stacker 3\'s)
4. I take downers (Tho not at the same time as speeders)
5. I\'ve done Cocaine and other HARD speeders.
6. I already have poor circulation
7. I have it in my family. (Father died of it)
8. I don\'t eat properly
9. I have Athesma (Restricted airflow)
I could go on but you get the picture. I don\'t expect to live much past 45. The only thing that might prolong my life now is all the asprin I\'ve been taking due to a Toothache I don\'t have the insurance to get taken care of. That\'s what.. another 5 years? Maybe 6?

I have sleep apnea (Stop breathing while sleeping)
I also have high cholesterol (300)
I\'m 33
My family history is riddled with heart disease.
I smoke.
I drink.
I sometimes wake up gasping for air as if I was held under water for minutes.....
My guess????
48yr old heart attack, or in my sleep.

Actually the way my luck goes, it will probably be some freak accident. like that guy on long island who was just driving along and the truck in front of him bounced and ejected a 100 lb steel bar that went through his windsheild and smashed his skull.

probably cancer since ive been smokin for almost 10 years on and off.
liver will definitly quite on me if I dont slow down on the drinkin
a car accident death is very likely since I spend alot of time driving and racing
I do hope Ill die in my sleep before im too old to do anything though. Thats one thing I fear, becoming old and being confined to a bed or wheel chair all day and night.

I live a healty life so my best guess would be either a car accident or getting shot, I\'ve been held at gunpoint before and I thought I was going to die then, and obviously I didn\'t but lightening doesn\'t strike the same place twice, my luck might not save me next time

Cancer - it runs in my family. Though I\'ve already decided if it comes to taking chemotherapy to prolong my life, I won\'t as I have seen the side effects of the therapy also. That is if, I don\'t die from a car accident / murder / something else.

I would die of old age probably. Everyone in my family is always in good health and live old. Either that or I\'ll die in war. I\'m joining the army and probably get caught up in something and get killed.

Does anyone get this weird knot in their stomach when they think about death? I mean whats it like? An endless black void without time? Heaven or Hell (My belief) ? And it\'s spooky to just imagine your body being away in a box forever and that people will come to forget that you even existed in 50 years.

Being in the plane that hit the WTC would suck. Just looking at the window as you fly lower, and lower, then BOOM!

I have. Even in the situation in which an enormous mass of rock comes hurtling into Earth, it\'d be most likely that the gargantuan tidal wave following the impact would not hit where I live, unless it convienently landed directly in the Gulf of Mexico.

Its takes about 5-10 minutes for a person to burn to death. :eek:

Dont worry about it kimosabe, you didnt upset me. Im comfortable with death, its reality. Im not scared to die at all. Not saying I dont wanna be around here for another 50 years though:D

Starvation or dying of thirst would easily be worse.
Those who died in the WTC attacks that I feel worst for are those that died in the days after. Lying, with punctured organs and broken bones, unable to move, and crushed under rock, experiencing the horrible pain pressed upon one by a 1 1/2 inch long spot in their brain.. and experiencing that for some three or four days. That small spot in our brains is what can give us the greatest pleasures or make us suffer the worst pains. It is the part of the brain stimulated by sex, drugs, our favorite foods, our favorite videogames. It also just happens to be the same area that dishes out unbelievable pain to a person dying of thirst or hunger; atrocious pain. It is an aspect of our minds for survival; it hurts to an extent at which a person would do anything to get foodand water, to make it stop, to live. Unfortunately, those in the situation mentioned above would have no way of escaping this terrible pain.
5 to 10 minutes? Imagine days upon days of excruciating pain.

i will definately die of exhaustion in a 3some with Alyssa Milano and Denise Richards....its in the stars...cant avoid it....but, thats the pain i have to live with

I think it\'s good for you (atleast for me...) to think about death every once in a while.
I am trying to learn not to fear death; the samurai didn\'t. Why fear death (or anything else in this life for that matter). It\'s gonna happen someday anyway. But the thought of simply non-existing gives me a weird feeling.
I\'m guessing I\'ll die from violence or someone murders me. Because I am pretty paranoid about walking alone at night. It would be kinda ironic.
Or disease. Because it is what I would least want. Right now I\'m afraid of BSE. Again, because of irony (been avoiding eating cow for months now) I\'ll probably be the first finnish person to die of that.
Last but not least, accident. Most likely when I\'m driving alone, because I\'m so very afraid of driving. Plane crash would also be "appropriate" though flying is one thing I am not afraid of. I just don\'t want to die not being able to do anything about it.
Somehow I don\'t believe I\'ll die happily in my bed as an old granny surrounded by loved ones. But I hope that happens.

The only thing I fear about the whole death thing is the fear of a painful death..burning alive..drowning....being crushed..eaten alive...uhmm..many other ways..but i think ive summed it up :D

Being buried alive would be the worst, in my opinion. I\'m highly clasutrophobic though, so it is a natrual fear of mine. Just think though, being six feet under the ground, sealed in and knowing there is no hope for anyone to find you. Everyone thinking you are already dead, yet you are under the ground, running out of air with each second, thinking of how you will eventually die.
Thats messed up.

Well its not a atter of knowing how your going to die in that situation, cause you know you\'re going to sufocate so why not just except the fate, panic like hell and knock yourself out... theres plently of ways to kill yourself with your hands. You just got to have the balls to do it.
Or you can just wait and sufocate to death. ;)

I was thinking about death again earlier..
What if someone strapped you on to one of those stationary bikes.. And you couldn\'t get off.. And they just kept making it go on and on... You\'ll die from.. I don\'t know.. Being tired and loss of breath? That has got to hurt.

If we live eternally in heaven or hell, wouldn\'t we get tired of living there too? Wouldn\'t some people just want to die forever without living again somewhere else? Scary.
