I mean Devil May Cry. hahaha typo
I just got this game for Xmas, and it is bad ass. How come I havent seen much about this game on the forums.

The game has been out awhile now and the hype has died down. If you would of been here or watching the forums a couple months ago , you would of saw more than enough threads about DMC.

You missed all the action when it first came out..... See... Most of us already have it and beat it and moved on....
Kickass game non-the-less... I still enjoy that fast-paced fighting action...

I just beat this game myself! Its great! I think it smacks Onimusha in the face. Kick ass game. :)

I enjoyed playing it, but it was just way to short. I mean I finished it in less than 2 days. Graphics were nice the 3D maps were spectacular, but it was just to damn short. Good game though. It was a renter for me. I hardly ever buy games that I can beat in 2 days. Waste of money unless it\'s a game I absolutely love.

Why is it that there isnt a first person view?
Why are the bullets unlimited?
Sweet game though, I need more time to just sit down and play it.

Why would you want first person view..... that\'s retarded...
oh and the bullets unlimited was a little weird.... But I like it better that way... Besides... I don\'t use my guns a whole hell of a lot...

well ive only played a small amount i cant play it with music on , as ive been round my bros , and they were playing music i didnt wanna spoil the game by not being able to hear them talk.......ive just fought the black night and this game is sweet, there is replay in it though as when you complete it you get other modes of play plus those bonus missions!!!

I just bought it and im gonna start playing it in soon.
Btw it would be nice if those game specific forums would stay somewhere for us europeans. Those forums usually die before we europeans even get the game :(

I rented it for a week and it is a sweet game. I\'m probably gonna buy a used copy.
Voice acting is a bit sketchy though...

I agree with Azeroth.
I just bought the game today and would love to rant about it with fellow enthusiasts.
I\'ve played it about an hour today... And what can I say except I love it :) All action... It\'s pretty perfect for me. Love the unlimited ammo. This game oozes with coolness.
I\'d find use for the first person view too. Sometimes (especially in wide open spaces) u get confused because the camera switches view so much. And it would be great to see all the pretty scenery :)
This is a pretty tough game. I switched it to easy as soon as I got the chance. Now it\'s just a little too easy.
Dante is a great character. He could be even greater, if he just got rid of the "surfer"esque dialogue. "Slow down babe!" I prefer the strong silent type, at least in games :) And what about those lines... Oh my. Pretty dumb. But I still love him. :)
My new favorite action game. :)

been playing it for 5h or so and im in mission 14. Im playing it on easy to just see the whole game then try norm and hard, its a lil too easy now tho as you said. But its fun pulling of those neat combos :D

Oh my... You shouldn\'t have... I dunno... But when you finally beat it in normal mode.... You feel great defeat... You just feel.... The best..:D Easy mode is too easy... I haven\'t even tried it.... Nor do I wanna..

nothing wrong with the music in the game....i agree it kicks a$$, i was in a house and they was playing music on there hi-fi, i only like listening to the actual game music and voice acting so i get more atmosphere, and actually get to hear them talking to each other...not hearing my dad going " i love this song" or some other drunk crap

Well I am happy with my decision because it\'s still a bit tricky. I guess I\'m not that good ^_^
First I\'ll learn to play in the easy mode and after that beat it in normal mode.
I\'m almost through now and this game kicks butt :)

gratz, i beat the game the next day btw, only took 5h on easy :P
im halfway thru on normal, there are diffrent units on normal wich was a pleasant suprise i wonder if there is any new units on hard mode :bounce:

Try the game on Dante must die mode and you\'ll be pleasantly surprised with the raised difficulty and no there are no new units only harder units in place of the easier ones in the beginning.

I finally pulled my DMC game out. I haven\'t played it much unti tonight where I played 4 hours of it on Normal. I just can\'t get past that boss that is just a big pile of goo in mission 16.

I\'m stuck on mission17 It\'s kinda hard to kill the knight when he can kill you in about 4 or 5 swipes. It takes perfection. I\'m just not good enough

That boss is, really, easy to beat...

Just slash away at the things on the wall and he will take shape... then jump on top of him.... and his shiny core will show... like the cat boss... just slash... or my suggestion use the Ifrit and punch that ball.... then he\'ll die after you do that a couple of times...
