Title: Saving PS games on PS2

Is it possible to save Playstation games on the Playstation 2?  The game doesn\'t seem to reconize the PS2 memory card.  Are there any other ways?

You need a PSX memory card to save on PSX games; PS2 memory card to save PS2 games.
