im going to buy a ps2 soon
can i use the same memory cards as the original psx used?

No. You need an 8 MB memory card.

Okay, I\'m really a big fan of being nice to everyone regardless of how many times we end up answering the same questions, but there is also a responsibillity on the person asking the question to actually browse the f.a.q. before forcing us to read and answer such said question.

This way we all suffer equally no?  So here we go... taken directly from the f.a.q. found on this website:
