Does anybody know if there is some way to communicate to the PS2 console when it is on a LAN? I just bought an ethernet adapter for my PS2 and I am using my DSL connection to get to the internet. I was just curious if there is any kind of fun stuff to do to the PS2 from a windows PC.

Hmm.. I\'m not sure. The fun stuff won\'t start happening until the PS2\'s HDD and Modem come out. The games and system itself is a pretty closed box system without a lot room for modification I think. I\'m not really sure as to what you could do, but if you can get your PS2 to connect to the net, then you can network it to your computer. I\'ll give you a link to a site that tells you how to network your Dreamcast to your PC so they share the same connection and you can probably figure it out from there.

That site will teach you how to network the DC to any Microsoft Operating system from Win98 on up. You can probably use the info there as a guide to setting the PS2 up on a similar network. Hope this helps. :bounce:
