Dusty fan?  Just blow the dusk off. :)  They didn\'t take the PS2 out of the box though when I got mine replaced.  And why would I have switched the serial numbers?

You should hurry and take it to Walmart and say that you got it for a Christmas present but it broke after a week of using it.  They will probably exchange it for a new one without question if you say that.

Im talking about buying a band new one and taking the old one back and get my money back. Thats were swapping the serial numbers would come in.

Im probably gonna call them tomorrow/today tho and ask them how they would handle that situation of getting the ps2 for christmas.. ect ect. We\'ll see. I need a new PS2!!!!!!!!!!!! Its driving me insane!! so is your avatar. ;)

Think of it this way... What if you spent 300 bucks on a product that worked after, but suddenly stopped working and forced you to spend an extra 90-120 dollars to fix it each time it broke with no guarantee that it wouldn\'t happen again?  Suppose then that after abiding by the rules and paying each and every cent to have it fixed it broke again, 2 more times.  That adds up man.  If the product is kept in perfect condition being used solely for what it is specifically designed, then the fault lies on the hardware manufacturer, yet us as consumers, still must pay for that mistake.  Does that sound right to you?  Or moral?  I didn\'t think so.
