I know we\'ve had threads before looking at the lack of quality titles coming to Gamecube in the next few months, but an updated release list at Planet Gamecube (http://www.planetgamecube.com/releases.cfm) shows some hope.
Of course there\'s NBA Courtside 2002 in January and Virtua Striker 3 in March which might mean something to somebody, but with that out of the way, there\'s a few titles that I personally am looking forward to.
Right away, WWF Wrestlemania 2002 is set for March 15. There\'s also the snowboarding title Dark Summit, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, and (with a grain of salt) Eternal Darkness back up at March 18.
If these dates hold up, I\'ll have three -new- games (WWF, Sonic, ED...and SSX Tricky ;)) to buy this quarter...
Not bad.

I\'m still going to wait until Metroid Prime and Perfect Dark 2 come out before I get a Cube...
Since your such a NGC fan, do you have any idea when these two are expected to come out?;)

Actually, no, neither have a set release date.
Because Rare is most likely going to release Star Fox, Donkey Kong Racing, and Cameo first, I wouldn\'t look for Perfect Dark Zero until Summer 2003, despite being listed at Q3 2002.
Metroid is Retro\'s only project right now, but they\'re also taking their time with it. If I had to guess I would say they shoot for holidays 2002, but end up delaying it to Q1 2003, like we\'ve seen with Eternal Darkness.
Just speculation, but I\'d guess it\'s a pretty accurate timeframe.
