I thought we could make a little thread on guitar-related topics.  I know there was something a little while ago but im just addicted to strumming now.

I have an Epiphone electric guitar (That I cant seem to find a picutre of) and Peavey amp and ive been playing since Christmas.  Im just teaching myself and have pocketed the basics to a few songs.

Im just wondering what easy songs you guys can suggest learning or where you get your tablatures?

Also...have you guys seen the new epiphone line?

I have a gibson epiphone ( btw-  pronounce "epi-fone", or "epifony"?, thats a debate ive been having for a while, hehe.)

I play bass.  I have an Ibanez SR 1015 5 string.  One Hartke 4X10 300W cabinet, one Crate 15" cabinet at 200W. and an Hartke amp head.

2000 Taylor 714ce
20?? Custom Jumbo 12 String.  Whenever I finish it.

And one tiny little practice amp.  You can\'t make much noise when you live in an apartment, so for amplification I mostly use a Korg Pandora (which is sort of a headphone amp).  I\'ve often thought I would buy a large amp eventually, but I never got around to it because I knew I\'d rarely be able to use it.

So Claypool 2001, since you play Bass, I guess you must be a Primus fan?  Did you hear Les on Buckethead\'s recent album?  That\'s a cool one.
