Which type of CD-R would you recommend?
-
I use Memorex, Verbatim, and Princo. They are all pretty the same if you ask me.
-
What ever I can get for free. I just bought 100 Hi-Tech for free and they work fine.
Wait, how do I buy for free?

Prostitution sounds like a logical answer..

i use memorex also
i prefer them because they are cheap and decent enough
i really never notice the difference except some scratch easier then others

I use a brand called Infinity alot, it has served me well. And Sony\'s too.
However I bought a pack with 50 Vivastar (whatever the hell that is) and I\'m not satisfied. It can\'t take my 24x burner, I have to slow down to a mere 20x to burn on them.

TDK is the best brand around. They don\'t make the best burners, but they make the best CD-Rs.
-
heh, TDK makes the same burners as most others out there.
They are rebadged Sanyo units, heck even Plextor uses Sanyo burners but they add more cache memory to them and stuff.
-
not many buy Sony CD-Rs...anyways, I use sansung, TDK, Imation...they\'re all about the same as far as I\'m concern.
-
Sony

TDK (not the cheap low-grade ones)
Memorex
I used to like Verbatim DataLife+ but I haven\'t used them in a while since they started making them in all those fruity colors. Stick with Memorex and TDK.

hahaha.. Those Verbatim colors are cool man.. The CDRs match the case!

Ryu is right, TDK is the best brand CD R. I have a cheap ass CD player in my truck and TDK is the only brand I\'ve never had problems playing burned CDs in it. All the others eventually trip out, most often in the summer when it\'s hot outside.

I use Memorex... never had any problems...
