The ending was just to confusing. I mean all the hinting at mgs3 and they said this was going to be last one. And the fact that they had the disc the whole time. It was just way to confusing.
And halo that ending just was stupid. Flying off after blowing up the planet. That is all you get for beating every single stage in the game? That sucks ass.
They both are good games but the endings just suck ass.

I\'m sure those who have not gone through MGS2 or HALO, would not like to know that the endings "suck ass." Think before you post things man.

Have you beaten the game on Legendary? The added information is nothing that answers any more questions. It\'s just a comical relief segment. It\'s pretty damn hilarious, but it doesn\'t advance the plot at all.

On a lighter note, most FPS endings are the same with the hero exiting the area and everything being hunky dory. That, or they elude to a second game, which Halo does at many many levels. Make sure you read the game-manual to understand everything that is going on. The game does not go into detail about that.

The ending for MGS2 is fairly open ended. If they want a part 3, they definitely can do one, but no one ever said that the franchise would die after MGS2. Hideo Kojima merely said that this would be the last game in the series where he would be at the helm as the director. He even eluded to producing the next game and helping out, but his directing talents will fall elsewhere, hopefully with a game that will be equally as good. If they want a part 3, they can make one, but they don\'t have to, that\'s all there is to it.

Metal Gear Solid 2\'s ending was headache inducing. Not only was it overly long, it was convulted . Ugh! I don\'t care to remember it.

Yeah, I ended Halo on Legendary, and I liked it. What do you really want (MGS included)? It\'s not an RPG, there isn\'t really a good story to begin with, it\'s about playing the game and if it gives you a chuckle after it\'s done, then that\'s great.
I don\'t expect good endings anymore, I just expect good games.

I actually just beat Halo yesterday and I was thinking what a lame ending, they could have done it so much better, don\'t ask me how, they just could have. Atleast the multiplayer is satisfying.

I thought MGS2\'s ending sucked also.. Suck suck suck.. :) Good game though.

Ok i am right at the end of Halo, lucky i didn\'t read the ending there.
But i have finshed MGS2 and yes the ending was abit crap, i mean when snake jumpes into the water after arsenal gear, i was ready to take the roll of snake agian and kicks it\'s arse, but no, you don\'t get tp see what happened, which sucked!
And the last boss, was way too easy, i couldn\'t believe it, did anyone else think he was too easy? or all the bosses at that when i think about it.
But sunday night i finshed Devil May Cry, at last i got side tracked by all the other games out, but i have to say i loved everything about that game, and i thought the ending was ok as well, can\'t wait to see Devil May(or never)Cry shots.

My fault I was just so pissed off at going through each game and to have the endings so crappy I had to vent about it.
