I TOLD YOU SO!!!!
Patriots did an outstanding job, good work by both Tom Brady and Drew Bledsoe. Special teams did an outstanding job, I hail to Troy Brown. Bill Belichick deserves every bit of this that he got.

I personally say Rams...I thought it would be Eagles and Patriots why? Because look at the Super Bowl\'s symbol the US and Eagles(our national bird) Patriots(American Soldiers) Hmm? Guess I was off.

Excuse me, the Patroits don\'t deserve to be there? Lol, you\'ve got two teams on 8-game winning streaks. Patriots beat the "almighty" Steelers, and at one point lead 21-3, if they don\'t deserve to be there, then I don\'t know who does. Would you rather we send the losing teams to the Superbowl?

I\'ll have to say the Rams. my team got beat out by them and they also happen to be my second favorite. Patriots goin down!!!!!!!!! That and my school mascot is the ram. Added bonus.

Actually yeah.. I think that would be a much better game.
The Rams are going to smoke the patriots. It\'s going to be a joke. Although many games where you think the other team has no chance end up being good games.

Please, they\'ve been saying the Patriots would get smoked in the divisional round. You don\'t magically appear in the Superbowl, like Madden said, "you earn your way to the superbowl." You should never quote Madden. That guy and Summeral have to be the two worst announcers in football right now. Thank God they are going away next year. Way past their prime. I think they are both doing it drunk.
Personally I think the Sunday Night ESPN team is the best. They say it how it is. I like that.
And as far as the SuperBowl goes, I really hope you are right. I want more than anything for this to be a good game.

It comes down to this. No one respects the Patriots, that would be you, and every week people get angry because they are the team that is supposed to lose, but yet they win. 14 point spread. Do statistics really matter anymore? Todays game was a 10 point spread but it looked like it should have been the other way around. Spreads are jokes.
Just a lesson, don\'t base anything on statistics, it\'s just like the weather, they\'re usually not right.

All this crap about not deserving to be there is bull****, of course they deserve to be there. I watched the game today, the patriots flat out, out-played the steelers. People say that they got lucky because they played teams at low points, but did u ever stop to think that they werent low points, they just shut them down.
This is not a biased opinion, i dont like any of the teams in the playoffs, infact im not that big of a fan of the NFL.

Bah...the Pats scored 10 points. The Steelers scored 17.
If the Patriots\' special teams scored more than their own offense, the Rams are gonna roll over the Pats.
Would have been a more interesting game if it were Rams vs Steelers.

If anyone thinks the Pats are going to win the super bowl, they are clrearly smoking way to much crack. It won\'t happen. The patriots Defense can\'t stop the rams Offenese. New England played okay yesterday. Look at the penalties they got. But I\'ll stick to my saying. New england won\'t win the super bowl Billy Gunn. The Rams are the clear winners. Am in in denial of the new england team? Nope.
Oh they intercepted Stewert. Thats nothing. they didn\'t hand the steelers thier ass, so.

I did.
Their offense could only muster 10 points against a back peddling Steelers defense yesterday. The Steelers offense played aweful and yet scored more points than the Pat\'s offense. The Steelers special teams is the worst in the league and that\'s what helped the Pats win.
Now....given that the Rams will play harder at the Superbowl, I seriously doubt the Rams will need their punter that day. Why? Coz they\'ll probably score on nearly every posession.
The Steelers had a bad day and yet made a good showing against a Patriots team that had a typical performance.
Remember, your offense scored only 10 points against a back peddling Steelers defense.
Rams will roll over the Pats by at least 20 points.
BTW, it should have been the Raiders vs the Steelers yesterday.

Right, the success of the Patriots is a consipiracy by the NFL and their refs. For the past eight weeks all the teams have been paid off to lose.:rolleyes:
Let\'s talk about the truth. Considering that Bledsoe has not played since Sept. I\'d say coming in and going 3-3 and a touchdown shows some pretty good offense.
Now why would they put a 14 point spread on a game that could EASILY go either way. In week ten had Anatowain Smith not fumbled the ball the Patriots would have been clear cut winners. But oh no, lets let statistics do the work and leave logic out of it.
Let\'s face it, Patriots are winners, winning 8 straight games does not come by luck. They are the same caliber of St. Louis, and I\'m expecting a game that will go either way. Another thing, and I\'m sure I\'ve said it a hundred times already but people have failed to realize... Every week is the same thing, "they\'ll never beat the Jets"(when they had a 4 game winning streak), guess what, THEY DID! "They\'ll never beat Miami"(when they were first in AFC East), guess what, THEY DID! "The bye was lucky, they\'ll never beat the Raiders."(with a little controversy, but none the less), guess what, THEY DID! "It was pure luck against the Raiders, they have no chance against the Steelers, none what so ever.", hmm, correct me if I\'m wrong, but the Patriots did put a whopping on the Steelers.

I have nothing to worry about, because all I\'ve said is that the Patriots have a good chance, and they are the team that deserves to be there. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!

I live in NewEngland. I love the Steelers they are my favorite team. But the Patriots brought the pain. I was surprised to see it but it happened. Its sports, anything can happen...
The Rams were supposed to cruch the Eagles. They barely squeezed by. Its going to be a good superbowl. Most the people on here are sad because their Teams suck and they are going to have to wait 6 months to see their teams suck again.
I wish the Steerlers made it, but in the end they were not the better team. No matter how you get there its the end results that count. And in the End the Patriots made it!! So all the power and good luck to them!!!! Its gonna be a good game this Sunday!!!!

the pats won the AFC, ill give em credit for that. but the rams are just too powerful.

My guess is Brady, a sprained ankle shouldn\'t hold someone back for more than a couple days. Bledsoe is going to have an impact as well though.

The Patriots are a team that can come from behind and win. They have done it all year and it won\'t surprise me if they win this game. Remember this, the Patriot\'s have nothing to lose, and nothing to prove. They will take chances, I mean what the hell everyone expects them to lose anyway, so why not play on the edge. The almighty Rams on the other hand are expected to slaughter the Patriots. I have been hearing on the radio all week , "it\'s the Rams ring to lose". Most people are already giving the Rams the win, and I predict the Rams will make mistakes, big mistakes, and the Patriots will capitalize on those mistakes.

And that comes from a Chiefs fan , not a Patriots fan. Just because I live in New England, it doesn\'t mean I have to be a fan of the team.

I live outside Boston. I tell you this, deserving or not, its gonna be a big party here on Sunday!!!! So all you bitter folks on here saying the patriots suck, have a fun day sitting at home being miserable.. I will take some pics for ya!!!!!
I love the Steelers, there are my favorite team, too bad they did not make it. But all that counts is that score in then end.. nothing else matters when your the winner. Its going to be a good game this sunday, can\'t wait!!!!

Don\'t give me that crap. Pats got their share of bad calls, I mean Warner fumbles the ball, Tebucky Jones runs for a TD(21-3) and it would have sealed the deal. HOLDING!!! So penalties aren\'t just on opposing teams, everyone gets them.

That was almost a good example except for the fact that it was a holding, did you see him tackle Faulk, and then hold him right after tackling him. While I saw numerous calls that were bull**** that went the Pats way, not that anything I say is gonna take away from them winning the super bowl
