Title: \'NO DATA\' error
Post by: mrmarc44 on January 28, 2002, 06:27:37 PM
Has anyone had this error?  What does it mean? When I turn on the console this error shows up.  No games or movies will play.

I got \'Disc read error\' before. Fixed it with a DVD/CD cleaner. You should try it. You have nothing left to lose. You should first call SONY PS2 tech support and ask them what\'s wrong.

My PS2 had the "disc read error" message and i ran the CD/DVD lens cleaner in my playstation and now it works great. So try that out and if that doesn\'t work you might have to send it in to Sony.
