Title: Ok, I have start crying when I have played games, have you?
Post by: Bossieman on February 02, 2002, 02:58:34 AM: Well, First time was when Aeries died in FFVII , I cried and I couldn´t help it. Second was when Sniper wolf died in MGS and finnaly when the credits after I beat MGS I cried too, that song "The best is yet to come" is really beutiful.
I am listening to it now..............

Post by: ajoh432 on February 02, 2002, 10:46:03 AM: I get sad when I beat MGS the first time.. You just feel like you will miss him...:D Like you just want to see the rest of his life, you just get connected to the story too well....

Glad I\'m over that after beating it the first time.... Then I beat it 40+ times after that..:)

on the other hand i cry when i play black and White and pick the Cow as my creature. its that mo mo moo and the woddle/walk that make me cry, hes like a little child :crying:.

Post by: Titan on February 02, 2002, 01:38:58 PM: I have almost cried in both Metal Gear Solids. I never played FFVII (but I\'m getting it) so I never cried. That\'s pretty much it. MGS and MGS2 are the only RPGs or RPG type game I ever played. I\'m getting FFX

I find the highly melodramatic storylines of some RPG\'s to be way to far over the top for me to get that attached.

I really cried when I got my Dreamcast. It was a real bargin too, I got the $99.99 deal, and I was literally hooked for weeks, months, and I am still today. Seeing how damn good the graphics were compared to my N64, it was a true moment in my gaming history.

Ooops, forgot this was a game. I actually went nuts when I got all the Goldeneye 007 cheats open w/o the use of a Gameshark.

Post by: idiotcrap on February 02, 2002, 06:10:41 PM: in dave mirra bmx2 , when i finally grinded 525 feet down the rails by the trails and it did not give it to me, i was nearly in tears, but after a beat the S*it out of a pillow 45 mins later i got it again!! whooo!

btw: i started on another rider and ive done it twice and it hasnt given it to me... Stupid game.

I never cried over a videogame or movie. I think I came pretty close though when I watched Stand By Me. I was young and nieve. :)

Sure I\'ve cried, last time I think was watching the ending of FFVIII, not because I cared so much for the story, but it was just so incredibly beautiful. I\'m crazy about Japanese FMV. It\'s the best in the world.

I didn\'t cry when the pink skirted one died, because I already knew about that :mad: Some webpage spoiled it for me. Mostly I was shocked & angry, thinking "why does this have to happen now!" At least it was more \'footage\' of Sephiroth.... I\'m crazy I know :)

Usually I cry because it\'s so beautiful & all that, not because it\'s sad.

Post by: Hawke on February 03, 2002, 02:27:22 AM: Games that have made me cry : FFVII (death of that one character you all surely know of), FFVI (Ghost train), FFVIII (ending), Wild Arms (the beauty of the Funeral March just struck me like a huge onion shoved up my nose, Michiko Naruke is a genius).

Games that have almost succeeded in making me cry : Silent Hill 2, Skies of Arcadia.

There must be more games that fall in those two categories, can\'t remember just now though. I\'m just a really emotional feller... :)
