I wouldn\'t mind buying one, but they cost too much for me :) I think they will visually be very good, and I worry that the PS2 will be able to fight back...

I am totally happy with my PS2, so many great games etc etc but already there are 3 games I want, which are on the X-Box and the machine isn\'t even out yet...hmmmmmmmm

I personally think that by this Xmas Xbox will be appealing to many more people

Xbox\'s 2nd generation games are looking pretty cool IMO

Post by: Ginko on February 03, 2002, 08:43:23 PM: It kicks butt...hopefully a price drop will take place by year\'s end. That coupled with the huge line-up of potential must-haves coming out between now and then would put MS is a very good posistion, IMO.

Oh well, Feb and March will tell if these "blockbusters" are for real or just hype.

Sega GT and House of the Dead 3 pushed back to June. I\'m just going off of EB\'s release date\'s...don\'t know how much ground the hold?

Oh, well...there\'s still a pretty healthy line up in between...WRECKLESS In 2 days!!

Most of the games will be slightly delayed like all anticiapted games.

Xbox should have a nice impressive healthy line up then like the PS2 had this Xmas

But let\'s not get carried away, PS2 isn\'t going away and it\'ll be great next xmas, just like last.

While most of those games don\'t interest me one bit, the "next years" is what I\'m looking forward to. :)

therefore we can conclude that

Greater compition between Sony and MS will lead to us getting Superb games on both.

Roll on the Console "war" say I :D..........................

I\'m interested in Project Ego,Brute Force,Doom3,SegaGT2002,etc but again...the best has yet to come...XBox is a complex piece of hardware and I think we have to wait till second and third generation of games to see the real potential...
...just curious...how Virtua Fighter 5 will look like on the XBox?:D

Iron...I was so close to get the US XBox...but...damn...no enough money...now I\'m waiting for the Pal version:)

That\'s when both Nintendo and Microsoft\'s 2nd generation games debut (regardless of what others have to say about the 2).

With Sega pulling out of the hardware business, it\'s going to be interesting how much/superb their offerings are going to be.

PS2 will be reaching it\'s 3rd generation (?), it might be showing a little age compared to Nintendo\'s Gamecube and MS\'s Xbox, but we will see.

i also picked up PS2 grandia 2 and baldurs gate today, so thats another few weeks my xbox will collect dust

im SO glad i didn pay $300 for this thing, id be pissed

oh boy.. I bet ya I HAVE to buy mine.. Which I\'m guessing I will be getting around July or even later.....

By the time I get my PS2, which will be this July at the latest I hope, there\'ll be so many good games on that that I just won\'t have time or money for the Xbox. I\'ll give it 1 - 2 years to get a good backlog of AAA titles and a pricedrop before buying myself one. Right now it\'s a waste of money IMO, just like the PS2 was at it\'s launch.

but i never beat the DC version + i picked it up for 22$ so i cant go wrong

god bless cd warehouse, ive gotten almost 10 games from there in the past month for 22$ a pop
