I have a PAL VCR (VHS), any of u know if I can play NTSC tapes on it somehow ?

you can if it is ntsc compatible, which my pal vcr is!! If its not, then you cant

Try to find any info about it in the manual... you should be able to see any "NTSC compatibility" or something in the front of the device...

If all else fails and you just want to view a couple of NTSC VHS\'s, try going to your local video repair shop.  The ones in America usually have a PAL/NTSC VCR handy and charge a free to convert tapes.

I didn\'t even know that there were PAL VCRs. I thought they all played the same.

i didn\'t even know there were things called vcr\'s?  how did you fit a dvd in those big openings?  and what do you mean by "tape"?  i\'m confused?
