When you are preparing to post, why can\'t there be a small frame that contains all the possible smilies?

What .... do you mean?  There is a frame on the left, with 25 of the 38 smilies on the site.  If you want the rest, or to manually enter the codes, for whatever reason, then click on \'get more\' and you get the old popup window with all the smilies in it....

Maybe he means something different because seeing how many post he has you\'d think he\'d had already known that.
