Square announced in Japan today that there is a help wanted program starting for all people who would like to be a Final Fantasy XI Game Master. You get to be a full-time player which gets to test the game and provide customer support. You must be polite, sincere and have strong communication skills.

Unfortunately you must speak japanese to be able to sign up, but if someone would provide a detailed walkthrough of where to sign up and stuff, I would be much appreciative (so I can know what they want, for when the sign up comes to North America)!

To sign up, click HERE (http://hr.square.co.jp/gm/index.html).

Well I\'ve read through the entire page, and basically, its a Moderator.  You play through the entire game, and you become a Mod for the game.

The job deals with:
1. Dealing with Users who harass other Users.
2. Dealing with Character Names which is problematic
3. Dealing with Characters who get stuck in certain places
(It says you can move them to safer places)
4. Answering questions.

The link at the bottom of that page asks to send your resume, etc to the address above.  In the resume, it says to include a self description, and answers to the questionaire.

Questionaire:
1. Do you have any experience with Online play?
2. If yes, please tell us what titles you have played.
3. How long have you played online?
4. What was the main reason you started playing online?
5. Out of the games listed from Q2, what games have you stopped playing?
6. What was the reason to stop playing those games?
7. What games in the FF series have you played?
8. What websites do you usually go to?

Once the documents are received by Square, they will review them, then contact those which qualify.  They will then have an interview with you.  In the case where you do not receive any replies from Square for 40 days, we are sorry, but you did not qualify for this job.

Basically, that\'s all it says..  Kinda like applying for a job.
