On the bus my friend who is greek told me a story about when he was in Grese(sp?) its as follows.
He was watching the news and there was a forest fire that was just put out cause planse were dropping water on the fire that they got form the sea. Well a day later they found a guy on top of the mountain in scuba gear. It turns out that he was scuba diving and he got scooped up by one of the plains and he got dropped on the ifre.
That has to be the dumbst way to die.

Aww, dude that has to suck major. haha, I can just imagine what he was thinking when that happened. One minute ur scuba diving in the ocean, the next u find ur self being dropped into a fire.:laughing:

So my question is, what killed him? the being sucked up, the fall, or the fire, or a combination of all three. What a poor bastard. Can\'t ya see the cops or whom ever telling the family. "Um, ma\'am, your husband has been killed. we dont know how but the cremation has allready been taken care of for you"

Fire Authorities in California found a corpse in a burnt out section of forest whilst assessing the damage done by a forest fire. The deceased male was dressed in a full wetsuit, complete with a dive tank,flippers and face mask. A post mortem examination revealed that the person died not from burns but from massive internal injuries. Dental records provided a positive identification. Investigators then set about determining how a fully clad diver ended up in the middle of a forest fire. It was revealed that, on the day of the fire, the person went for a diving trip off the coast - some 20 kilometers away from the forest.
The firefighters, seeking to control the fire as quickly as possible, called in a fleet of helicopters with very large buckets. The buckets were dropped into the ocean for rapid filling, then flown to the forest fire and emptied. You guessed it. One minute our diver was making like Flipper in the Pacific, the next he was doing a breaststroke in a fire bucket 300m in the air. Apparently, he extinguished exactly 1.78m (5\'10") of the fire.

I had a job repainting apartments once... You wouldn\'t believe the pictures I found that people left behind.
