Title: Anyone else fallen inlove with CSI???
Post by: ##RaCeR## on March 10, 2002, 10:26:17 PM
I just have to say that I am obsessed with this show! The crimes are extremely original, has incredibly written script, and shows you the in\'s and out\'s of solving a crime! Hell, the actors are pretty good too!

Its also based in Las Vegas, my all time favourite city!!! Love it!

I watched a few of the first ones mainly for two reasons.  It\'s in HD so it looks incredible, and the theme song kicks ass.

The script writting I think is terrible though.  They have good stories, but the way they are written it\'s like the script writters have a manual in front of them on how to do crime scene investigations and they are just copying the dialogue from the manual.

Good show though still.  I haven\'t watched one in a while though.

raCer, you are right. I think this is one of the best shows out there. The agency is pretty good too.The technical things they do are unreal.I wonder how much of it is really fact.Btw the osbournes are on tonight again if anyone missed it.It was hilarious.

Good entertainment, but there are a few things that annoy me.
First know it all Gil Grissom, cool guy but the thing that I hate is that when ever somebody asks him a question he answers with a question and makes them put the pieces together, it\'s ok once or twice but he does it all the time, he\'s an investiogator not Yoda for cripes sake.

The black guys (forgot his name) hairdo for some odd reason his hairdo get\'s on my nerves. Change your hair this instant.

The dark haired woman, the intern or whatever, the character get\'s on my nerves. I just hate that damned character.

And the other guy whoever he is, I hate the constant smirk on his face. Change your face.

I like the blond lady, she is a bit old, but still damn hot.

It was on last night, and it really got me thinking. It was the episode of the guy and his brother, and how the brother murdered two people, but got away with it, and Grisom couldn\'t find enough evidence, and when he figured it out, the brother had killed himself already.

Totally awesome, twisted ending.

Yeah, I watched it in HD AC3, it was pretty good. Stingers Undercover is also in HD, but I like CSI the best.

Yeah, I got nothing against the red haired one, I think the fact that she\'s supposed to be an ex stripper colors my opinion on her, from a stripper to a detective (of a sort), that\'s a career change if there ever is one. :p

So the US television show that gets the most attention from everyone else in the world is a show about investigating murders?  No wonder everyone thinks the United States is a criminally-infested deathtrap.

I don\'t watch CSI; in fact I hardly watch any television at all.  US Television sucks.  The only things I watch are "Beat the Geeks" on Comedy Central and the WRC coverage on Speed Channel.  That\'s about it.

Japanese gameshows are.... screwed up. Once I saw one where you had to walk across these thin metal planks over... well I forgot but it was something deadly. Like a river of crocodiles or spikes or something. Anyway, you lose = you dead.

Well, I wouldnt blame the shows neyways, just blame the ppl stupid enough to put themselves through that kinda danger. I\'d be pissing my pants if I had to do that.

I know it sounds bad, but I would love that idiot to his head bitten off by a crocodile and his wife to get bitten by a poisonous snake...

I usually don\'t watch much regular tv, because it rots your mind.  I stick to wholesome Disney movies, and hard-core porn.

Actually crime investigation gets great attention everywhere else too. One of the top rated shows here in Denmark is about a special police unit that travels around the country and solves crimes. It\'s universal. :)
