$50 Million????  Bah!  What do they need MIT for?  They should just hire the guys who made this movie... They could probably pull some stuff out of storage and come up with the next supersoldier for only $100

btw, THIS is one of the worst movies ever made, NOT "Jeepers Creepers."  I rest my case.  :)
