Whooo!!1 :D
After several months of fierce competition in the arcades, Namco\'s latest fighter is making the leap to the console market on the PlayStation 2. Scheduled for release in Japan March 28, Tekken 4 will be virtually identical to its arcade counterpart. In an effort to spice up the console version, Namco plans to add hand-drawn character bios, full ending sequences, and a free-roaming stage battle mode. Specifically, the new battle mode will challenge players to take on multiple enemies at once, while navigating an expansive 3D stage. Below are thirty new screens from the finished version; expect continuing coverage here at XenGamers.com.

They look very nice indeed. The tag feature doesnt matter very much IMO, it was a nice feature, but i prefer the original one-on-one fighting. Cant wait for this one. Now VF4, this, or both? :D

Looks nice, it\'s about time Namco went away from those endless 3D/2D looking backgrounds.
When is this due in the U.S. anyway?

Here are some screen shots showing off Eddy and Miharu.
Both have the same moves as their counterparts. Eddy/Christe, Miharu/Ling.
As of right now there hasn\'t been anyword if any of these chars have any moves of their own. You never know though ;)

Also, I heard that the endings use a nice mixture of CG, and realtime. Much like TTT, except better.
The intro and some of the endings are avaliable for download, at ruliweb.com
This is a Korean site, and there are so many people downloading this stuff right now, that its very very hard to get it to download. Even if your using broadband.
Thanks to Tekken Zaibatsu (http://www.tekkenzaibatsu.com) for the images.

Yes this one is fully 3d.
And I hear its due in Sept in the US.
This wednesday in Japan.
If you have a modded ps2, you could import ;)
You know, this game is out in the Arcade. You can just vist yours and see how it plays yourself.
