Not sure if this has been posted before... I just saw it on zdnet... Pretty interesting article for those that haven\'t read it... They even mention Playstation 6 & 7!!! :eek:

thats the CPU aLone

it takes about 5 years or so to develop on of them .

LoL, anyone remember that PS2 launch commercial with the nanomachines sending pleasure gaming spores directly to your brain?

I can just see future gaming junkies standing in alleyways and streetcorners whispering under their breath.. "Hey man..  you got a 8-ball of Twisted Metal 10? ... Naw, all I got is 20 ... how bout just a couppla lines of Final Fantasy 32? ... Come on man.. I\'ll suck your **** for a bump of GTA15!!!! *starts twitching in withdrawl*

Sorry man, not for me. I\'ll stick with consoles. I don\'t even like this plan of networked gaming for improved graphics. If I HAVE to be online to network up to a computer that\'s powerful enough to run my games.. then forget it. I\'ll just get a machine that\'s slightly less powerful, but can do the job I bought it for all by itself. If Sony DOES go through with this plan, I can\'t even remotely see them being the console leader at the end of the next generation of gaming.

That\'s interesting. I can\'t wait for PS3 but I will concentrate right now on PS2.
