Title: Shadow Hearts

So I just snagged this title, used, of course.

I\'m 10 hours into the game, just hit "Part 2."

A couple comments about the game:

It\'s got gore!  :)

It\'s got the worst dry humor ever, quite goofy even.  :(

There is a monster that has a very large. . . phallic symbol that wiggles around, and it even slaps you with it!

The main character keeps on groping the women while they\'re sleeping.

The acturpunctarist is gay, groping the main character.

Who else has played this title?  Impressions?

One thing is, I can\'t stop playing, it\'s a mix of it being a good game, and the fact that I already put 10 hours of my life into it, and I can\'t let it go to waste!  I got to see the end.

But playing this after FFX was a mistake, there is a whole bunch LESS strategy involved, and a lot less stuff to do.  It seems to be overloaded with boss battles.  I\'ve probably spen 5 hours in story and monster killing, and 5 hours on bosses alone.

Great game IMO

There are strong ties to Kouldeka, the PSX rpg. Also, there are plenty of secret\'s and hidden bosses. I really liked the ring system, even though it\'s fairly easy, but to get PERFECT can be very challenging on some characters.

Random battles are spread out decently, not too many. However the monsters in areas can repeat alot.

I did love the music, it has an eeri gothic-oriental theme. I would get the OST if I could:) The begining scene with the train is frickin awesome. I love that look the hero gives to Bacon:evil:

I am at the beginning of Part 2 as well.  I haven\'t played for a while and I think it\'s because of the Climax that happens at the end of part 1.  I feel like I\'m starting a new game or something.


Do you get back into the swing soon after???

sounds very cool!!! iv been hoping this gae is good, i think it comes out in uk at end of march/or end of april

Without spoiling too much, you get one last character to add to your party (you figure this out in the beginning of Part 2, when the weapon store sells a weapon that nobody you currently have can use).  Then they start to travel Europe in search of evil.

I\'ve just played a little bit in part two, and already I have every level 2 fusion!  (Excluding water. . . a few more to go!)
