But on a not-so-off topic, is it true that if you put pennies in your mouth before a breathalyzer it makes the machine go crazy to the point where it cannot acurratley take the reading? And cops can only legally take one so...

At least in my state, it wouldn\'t matter. If the cop thinks you\'re drunk, he can take you in to the station for their official breathalizer test. If you refuse to take it or try to tamper with it, such as by putting something in your mouth like that, your license is automatically suspended for like 6 months.

There\'s been cases of people getting pulled over and charged with a DWI after using mouthwash. Jeesus.. I mean, yeah it\'s great they\'re taking care of drunk drivers.. but come on, it\'s not the people with .05% BAC that\'s plowing through stoplights into a stationwagon full of kids. While they\'re out busting people who\'ve only had one beer.. 10 COMPLETELY PLASTERED bastards are sneaking out the back door.
