I have no idea what I did, but somehow I messed up the icons on my computer. I turned it on the other day to find the icons of certain programs with images, such as one of a monitor, superimposed over them. Here\'s an example:

Does any one know what I might have done to make this happen, or how to fix it? It\'s really pissing me off.

I\'m sorry man, you\'re going to have to re-format your harddrive. :(

Don\'t format yet..
Accquire Tweakui for Windows and in there you\'ll find an option to fix your icons.. I don\'t recall the exact wording, but it\'s something like that.
If that doesn\'t work, you can try getting \'Microangelo.\' That\'s another Icon Manager program, and you might be able to fix your problem using it. You should also try going to windows-based forums, there\'s a lot more techheads there that might give you better suggestions. It\'s too early for me to come up with the solution right now. :)

Strange problem... May it be a virus...? No idea.

My old computer use to do that, after a couple of weeks it would just go away. But then again, my computer was possesed by the son of Sam.

Thanks for the help. Tweak UI worked. There was an option to repair my icons, and that did the trick.

Congrats guy ;)
