Title: PC section and more

I think we should have a PS2, PSX, GC, X-Box, PC and dc section. We would still keep the console debating section for debating. In the system forums the only type of topics would be for that specifis system. It would be a good place for people to talk about a certain system with out it being bashed.

Yeah, then change the name of this site from "PS2 Central"!:D
