Which movie are they running this trailer with?  I saw Blade 2, and it wasn\'t there.  That was a New Line picture also.  Perhaps they\'re putting in front of the Fellowship of the Ring????  Hmmm another reason to see it yet again....

I\'m reading the Two Towers right now.  Only 1/3 through the book, and it is insanely addictive to read( I also would rather stick a nail through my foot than read most of the time).

Would that be a rusty nail?

I\'ll be reading the series soon as I finish the one I\'m reading now.

Question. . . need i bother with The Hobbit???

YES.  Read The Hobbit first, but keep in mind that it\'s written in a completely different style from The Lord of the Rings.  The Hobbit is more like a children\'s book, and LOTR is much more serious.

Yeah, we read The Hobbit in school when i was 8. We were told LOTR was too advanced, so I never read it, and forgot about it really until the film came out, I\'m reading it now!!

I did read The Hobbit first, then LOTR and after that Silmarillion. Personaly I like 2 Towers best, I hope the movie will be as good as the 1st was for FOTR. I also heard rumours about The Hobbit movie comming after they are done with the LOTR trilogy. Would be cool to see how they made the dragon :)

Now I enjoyed reading those books in school, and would probably enjoy reading them now, but I wouldnt go so far as calling them amazing works of literature...very good reading yes.. amazing literature, no.
