Don\'t worry man, I need to be informed a bit moe. I don\'t get out much and I only watch television a few times a week (especialy with whats going on over seas).

The Palistinian\'s (Pals) want Israel and the Jews dead. Period.
Israel was made a nation in 1948 by UN decree. At the same time the Pal\'s were given a land by the UN.
Guess what? The Pal\'s and almost every other arab nation tried 3 times to wipe out Israel... and failed.
In 1967 Israel beat back an invasion on all sides, and annexed the West Bank and Gaza (The Pals home).
Booo Hooo for them. If you invade a counrty, no matter how new the country is, then to the victor go the spoils.
Israel has made peace plans with Egypt, Saudi, Syria. However the Pal\'s won\'t make peace. They were offered NINETY PERCENT of what they wanted and Yasser pissed in their faces and sent out suicidal morons to blow up pizza parlors.
There is no moral equvalence here.
The Jews are finally kicking ass, and it\'s way overdue.
Do you know that Yasser has been kicked out of several Arab nations for inciting this kind of violence? How can the Jews deal with that?
And as far as the whole Jewish settlement thing goes.......
Israel has a 25% Arab population.
The "occupied" territory has a Jewish settler population of 1%.
.....And Yasser finds that deplorable and unnaceptable.?!?! (ethnic cleansing anyone?)

I agree with Cygnus. This whole mess would end sooner if the Palestinians would just stop fu**ing with the Israelis. Stop pushing their buttons. For all this yammering about how the Israelis have been "oppressing" the Palestinians, to me it looks like every action of the Israelis is just a retaliation. Which side is running organized military strikes, and which side is sending children around to kill civilians in suicide attacks? Which side sounds more rational to you? If the Palestinians stopped attacking, this would END.
But that\'s impossible because Arafat doesn\'t really control them. Even if he called a cease fire, some dumbass palestinian would go ahead and blow himself up to get revenge for his third cousin on his mother\'s side who was killed by an Israeli ricochet.
It\'s so utterly ridiculous, that I\'m almost beyond caring. If they\'re that stupid, then let them kill each other.
