Title: 3ds Max question
Post by: videoholic on April 07, 2002, 04:42:44 AM
I have been messing with this program and I am doing something wrong.  I can\'t get a material to apply to an object.  Once I choose a material the button greys out and it won\'t let me apply it.  It will let me apply the generic grey material, but once I choose a material from the list it goes out.

ANyone?

wtf?? This doesn\'t happen with me, I can just apply any material i want

anyway Im not a 3dmax expert, I use lightwave 7.0, which has a way better modeler and renderer + is very easy to use and takes less resources.

I use Bryce and Poser, I am not to confident with Max, I find it too technical and don\'t really know much.
