Can anybody say spam?
Who cares why we call it a sneeze. We just do, so live with it.

LUKE WAS SUPPOSE TO FIND OUT FOR ME, BUT HE HAS LET ME DOWN.
Sorry about Caps Lock.. Bite me..
Anyway, where does HORNEY come from? Why are you HORNEY when you want to shoot your wad? Makes no sense to me and I can\'t find it anywhere on the net.
-
MAN I TRIED!
I even asked sarah and she didnt know and i looked online and couldnt find anything!
-
I find what resembles an upright horn in my trousers when I get overly exited but I don’t think that would explain “HORNEY” for woman.:D
-
well I did find this after a 15 second google search.
Spotlight on...
Snout, Snort, Sniff, Snuff, Sniffle, Snuffle, Snore, Snitch, Sneeze, Snot...
What do all of these words have in common? Apart from beginning with sn-, they are all connected with the nose. It seems that all Indo-European languages share this property, so it makes sense to assume that there was an ancient Indo-European root *sna "nose". Even in Tibet sNa means nose. The word nose itself, along with its nasal relatives, may be part of this same complex, the n and s having changed places by a process which linguists call metathesis

To Elaborate on nO-One\'s answer:
--------------------------
\\Sneeze\\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. Sneezed; p. pr. & vb. n. Sneezing.] [OE. snesen; of uncertain origin; cf. D. snuse to sniff, E. neese, and AS. fne[\'o]san.]
[Middle English snesen, alteration of fnesen, from Old English fnosan. See pneu- in Indo-European Roots.]
--------------------------
It\'s got an unkown origin, but is has to do with the origin of the word, back to it\'s roots, etc.
-
well.. MPTheory.. dont you look stupid now..

Since you all did so well with Sneeze, help me with Horney gosh darnit!!

Well don’t I feel stupid. I can’t find anything on the word “horney” and more than likely won’t have the time too.
I did find this though…
“Horny-handed” (a.) Having the hands horny and callous from labor.
Sounds like a condition that any kitten killer would have. Hmmmm, weird.;)

Sneezes are orgasmic.

So that explains why I need a cigarette after I sneeze.;)

I think that somebody *cough cough MPtheroy cough cough* needs help. no pun intended :) But I was once told that a sneeze has the energy at it\'s size equal to an atomc blast. I dunno if that is true but it sounds good.
-
One thing that is true about a sneeze is that it travels with a wind velocity of about 200-mile per hour. That is amazing!
And yes, MPTheory does need some help.;)

What are y\'all yappin\' about?
English is a stupid language, derived from a wealth of dead languages. Most words don\'t have a true, clear-cut origin.
My guess on horney is the relation to an erect horn, and then adding -ey to make it an adjective. As this is not an "old" word.

Tell you what Bobby Boy, If you can honestly tell me that you knew all of that about the origins of the word sneeze, than sure, I feel stupid now, if not, I guess were in the same boat.
