My only complaint is that Scorpion looks ghey in that snake pose. It\'s like he\'s trying to mock Jax, who could probably whoop his ass.

There is no arcade version. MK5 is going straight to home.

As for the picture - it looks good. However, all the looks in the world won\'t help the MK franchise unless they done a lot of reworking (which they say they did) .

and exactly why would that make it an xbox or ngc game? to me it looks very doable on ps2,

but than again I don\'t really care cause I don\'t give a crap about mk

PS2 can do bump-mapping..

Post by: Heat on April 21, 2002, 07:19:16 AM: PS2 can do that, I think this will be great, they\'ve got amazing gfx, and the fighting system will be amazing, the gfx effects are cool, the characters get brused, the clothes get ripped, blood drips on the floor and there clothes, very impressive. Oh and they sweat

He\'s right you know. This arguement has been brought up so many times, but people just dont listen!!! Anyway, looks good from the pic, which is good.

*edit* I have just noticed at the bottom it says screens are from PS2 version. Oh baby!

It\'s getting harder to wait for this game. :)

Post by: Heat on April 21, 2002, 12:12:51 PM: They have, the gfx are amazing ( see second set of pics ) and they have got a totally new fighting system, you can move anywhere in a 3D arena and all the effects and even more brutal finishers, I really cant wait for this, Ill be getting it the day it comes out, october baby!.

its all about control, button layout, and combo/move system

the last 2 things can make or break a fighter, the later was the caes with all the mks after mk3
