Title: Xbox custom tune feature
Post by: Heat on April 21, 2002, 07:49:25 AM
I have heard some people saying what a great feature this is and PS2 sux because it doesn\'t have it, but the same thing can easily be achieved on PS2, all you got to do is turn off game music and leave sound effects on and listen to your CD Player so you got the game effects and any music in the background. I think that works just aswell

personally idont like any music playing in the background for e.g. in GTA3 i usually just put the radio volume on the lowest and increase the sound fx volume, best way to play the game IMO.

I am unable to do this as my PS2 sound comes outta my stereo, as does everything else. I really feel as if I\'m missing out!!

wow!! So that sould make even 3DO better than XBox??!?!?! After all, just have your cd player going in the background and it is just the same. Scratch that, even better.

Have you used the feature before? It is quite nice having the sound be what you want it to be on say THPS3, the songs stop and start depending on what you are doing. This is much better than using a cd player since it gives you great songs that play how they are supposed to.
