This game looks great!, I hope the framerate improves from the PSW demo though.

If the FPS aint locked at 60fps.. Then... It will be pretty annoying :)

Thats the interesting thing. In V8 Supercar racing, there are 32 on the track.

And its a \'real\' representation of the sport, so I am thinking that there will definately be at least 24 etc.

are those from the PS2 version? I seem to remember a few of those screens posted at xbox.ign.com?!

They are ALL for the PS2.

The were in the PS2 section of codemasters.com.au

I\'m still pretty sceptical, but if those are really PS2 screens and the actual game will look as good, then that\'s great news.

LOL. I can remember one of those pictures (the one with the heavy smoke) in the xbox.ign.com review... and under the picture it said something like "spectacular effects thanks to Xbox hardware"... come to think that the PS2 version of the game looks equally impressive, that was quite a hilarious remark indeed.

In order to move fine that game in a PC you will need at least a GeForce5 :D

now that someone compares it to the PC version.. I think the PC version has slightly better textures (especially on the floor) - but there seem to be more polygons in the PS2 version. Notice that the trees seem to be more detailed (more branches) on the PS2 version.

What do you think? Or is it just my imagination?

The trees on the PC version are card board style, which happens to be used in GT3 where as the PS2, it mirrors the left or right half side of the tree.
