No it isnt, I know that it is a cert for GameCube release, not sure about the xbox though.

it got Rally Sport,JSRF,Tony Hawk 2X,Tony Hawk 3 (best version),SSX tricky (best version),DOA3,MAx Payne (best version) and a bunch of other...

also i saw ps2 in uk have gone to £100 in dixons( maybe comet)
