Nintendo\'s E3 lineup is starting to take shape with big exclusive title after big exclusive title.
We knew about Metroid Prime, Super Mario Sunshine, Eternal Darkness, Legend of Zelda, Super Monkey Ball 2, Star Fox Adventures, Mario Party 4, Phantasy Star Online, and Resident Evil 0, but how about 1080: White Storm, and Wario World?
And let\'s not forget Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, Donkey Kong Racing, Kameo: Elements of Power, and possibly Animal Forest and Doshin the Giant.
Nintendo is also looking to announce its online plans after just announcing that it purchased Retro Studios, the developers of Metroid Prime.
A bigger memory card is on the way along with a ton of third party games like Star Wars: The Clone Wars and Dave Mirra BMX 3. And this is just coming off of Resident Evil 1.
Not too shabby. :)
Oh and after all of these we can get excited about Too Human, Mario Kart, and Pikmin 2. ;]

and previous installments of most of those games propelled N64 past the PSX, huh?
;)

I\'m hoping GC to kick Xbox\'s ass.
-
^ Look guys, another dismissable comment GmanJoe. Please Gman, bring up the pie thing again...I wanna see if it\'s still funny the 37th time I see it in one of your posts...
Anyways, Nintendo said it when the GC launched last year...Fall 2002 would be their time to shine. With all the titles you mentioned and others that might be in production -Killer Instinct 3, Banjo 3, Conker 2...The GC is going to be a must have for me later this year.
I\'m really looking forward to seeing KI3.
-
Man I would love a new Conker, but KI and Conker are both Rare titles and they\'ve been making what, Banjo GBA, Coconut Crackers, Donkey Kong Racing, Diddy Kong Pilot, Kameo, and possibly Perfect Dark 0...
If I remember right, Banjo and Coconut Crackers aren\'t out yet.
And if so, that\'s quite a few titles. They might have to get some of these out of the way before they hit any rumored titles ( especially if they\'re developing for other consoles, too  )...

w00t! another button masher!
-
I think Killer Instint might be one of those hidden titles...they\'ll spring it on everyone about a month before it comes out. Like Diddy Kong Racing, nobody saw it coming.
I didn\'t know about Diddy Kong Pilot...is it the sequel to DKR or another spin-off game?
I thought they had already confirmed Banjo 3??
I almost forgot, what about that RPG Sega is making with VF character(s)?
E3 is so gonna rock for all three systems this year...

I just luv hearing "ULTIMATE COMBO"!!
It\'s my favorite fighting series...

Ginko dismisses my comment yet later seems to support it. Yes, GC will be a must own system later this year.
I hope GC pummels Xbox.
-
GMan, shut the **** up and go play with your dog
i was all pumped up for GCN, until i really thought to myself.. i really dont wanna play any of these games.. *shrugs*
the games im really looking forward to are Pikmin (ill probably buy it) along with Resident Evil Remake (ill probably buy that as well (for my friends GCN)).. other than that, eh..
/me wants to be pumped up for GCN but just cant
:(
[edit]
im also interested in Resident Evil 0.. i just hope its not complete **** like Resident Evil: Code Veronica.. eh, at least Sega wont have a hand in this one (to the best of my knowledge)

I miss hearing that, I still have the game for SNES, but my SNES sucks, so I can\'t play it at all.

Maybe I\'ll train it to kill useless cats.
And may Xbox be the crushed by GC.

DKP is a GBA title where Diddy and pals race using only airplanes. It uses the motion sensor technology from Kirby so you can tip the GBA to fly down, up, etc. Gives it analog control if nothing else.
The Banjo I was talking of is BK: Grunty\'s Revenge for GBA. Beyond that, no other BK title has been \'confirmed.\'

I want a DK game for GBA, like the Super NES ones, those were hella fun.
*me wants rare to make KI for GBA*
-
Yea DKC might be nice, although they already made 4 games like it and one on N64. Still, it\'d no doubt be beautiful.
For now the way to go would be the GBC game, Donkey Kong Land. If you\'ve played that, then there\'s not much else.
They\'d probably do an SNES port before they made a whole new DKC game, though.

I would not mind this though, sure the games SEEM the same, I actually enjoyed playing them all the time. Hopefully they\'ll do a port of the SNES ones. I just REALLY want a port of Killer Instict for GBA, i would SOOO be stuck playing my GBA all the damn time then.

Perfect Dark 2 and Donkey Kong Racing could be on PS2 , now Rare have gone Multi Format, Ive heared there making those games for PS2

Final Fantasy could also be on the XBox...I\'ve heard about MGSX also....
;)
-
I wish Nintendo would start making more original games for people over the age of 10... I\'m sorry if it\'s the same old kiddy comment but I can\'t help it... I almost fall asleep of boredom just looking at that E3 list, those games just don\'t appeal to me. For god\'s sake, how hard can it be to cater to a wider audience. N64 was pants and now GC is going the same way.

Donkey Kong is a Nintendo franchise. There will be no DK games on the PS2 or Xbox.

Just a list of great games for GC owners IMO. But Mario, Zelda, Star Fox, Mario Party, 1080, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, Donkey Kong Racing are just remakes of old 64 games. They are going to be great, but is this going to be been there, done that stuff?
Let\'s hope not, and may Mario Party 4 kick ass.
-
Maybe not DK then but I have seen allot of sites saying PD2 might be on the PS2

Point taken, but with Mario and Zelda I\'m still really in anticipation. While I might not be so into Star Fox, that game has gone in a whole new direction, too, so it shouldn\'t matter that it\'s a sequel.

Things are starting to fall into place so nintendo can take the 2nd spot and close the gap on sony some. I for one look forward to alot of these games. Looks like its time to consider the GC a little more than b4.
