Title: Argh, I hate making buying decisions! RE or RAM?

I\'m stuck between Resident Evil for GC and getting some RAM.  Ram\'s gonna cost me $100 because I have Rambus, so i gotta buy in pairs of two.  I hear really good things about RE, and I can\'t get both.  I HATE THESE DECISIONS!!! I\'ve never played the original RE, only Code Veronica, is it worth it?

Rent RE.

Buy your Rambus.

EDIT : RE makes Code Veronica seem silly.

You can\'t really rent RE unless you want to spend a 5-day vacation in your living room.  I have RE and love it, but I say spring for the RAM.  If you really feel your comp is suffering from a lack of ram that is borderlining on unacceptabley slow then I\'d make ram my first priority.

If you\'re not playing PC games at the moment or using other ram intensive apps then see how you like RE.  You could always ebay it when you\'re done and then buy your ram.  Just make sure you buy the guide with it so you won\'t spend a month figuring out the puzzles for both Chris\'s and Jill\'s stories.  Plus gamefaqs is your friend.

im not LOW on RAM, i have 256...but i want it for Everquest and all the new games coming out.  I can always get either one later.

Get ram :) Cant play EQ with 256 ram :(
