Me and 2 of my friends wer going 2 this youth hostel with my friends dad 4 the weekend.
We went out on friday nite(we got thier on the friday) 2 get some sweets and stuff from the shops then when we were walkin me and gram were "slagging" meikie(friend) coz he had skool on monday and we didn\'t(me and gram - my other friend) then when we were coming out of the shop about 6 neds and about 3 girls were behind us, and we stupidly walked forward away from the path that led 2 the youth hostel. then 1 of them cameup behind gram(he was pissed and had a bottle of cider in his hand) and shuved him quite vilontely down the street, then some of them came up 2 me and meikie and stated sayin stuff like u called my girlfriend a "slag" and "lets take them behind the garages so the cameras don\'t c us" then we ran down 2 where gram was and the guy that was suvin him got pissed at us 2 and we were like tryin 2 explain about the skool thing and then eventuall 1 of them told the big guy 2 just stop it and leave us alone, so then he did and we started 2 walk splwly bck up the road then they big guy came running after us agaon and shuved gram again and started the **** about ur girlfriends a slaga again eventually a girl stopped him and we went walkin back up the road again then yet again he started 2 run at us, so
this time we jus ran like **** and got to the end of the lane and were standing there for a while (up 2 this point we were all actually quite scared coz the guys were like 18yr olds!) and meikie shouts"CMON THEN!!!!!!! ! ! ! !" WE ALL SHAT it and ran bck 2 the hostel and into the kitchen. then the neds came in and looked around but didn\'t bother coming in2 the kitchen. It was scary but funny at the end!!
Just thot i would tell all u americans how annoying neds are.
Incase you don\'t no what a ned is : i cant\'t think of a definition just someone that gets pissed a lot and acts hard!!

I would have ****ed them up, it\'s good being the big guy, I never have had any trouble in the street, Im 6ft 3, with skinhead and Im as wide as a ****ing house. If someone runs at you, you have the advantage, as he\'s running in throw a punch or elbow, or my favourite the knee to the ribs. And how old are you ?.

we have neds here too. They\'re called meatheads. BTW, where did that name come from? Also do neds call each other "neds"? Do they know they\'re neds?

no the Golden rule is that
- neds never call each other neads...it must be there code or something
- they do call each other such delightful names as "fannyBallz" and "dobber"
- they call each other Mucker (mucker= Friend)
- a ned never realise that they are a NED....even though they all dress in Kappa gear and start fights and steal mobile phones...they never suddenly stop in the street ...look down at what they are warring and say...F%^K me i am a NED
- and yeah racer its a UK phrase

yeah thats what i describe as a rudeboy or chav........also they wear there caps at no less than 45 degrees, so you can see all there fringe etc, ohh yeah sometimes when they wear caps they gel the front of there hair to look cool!!! lol
