Juslight was just telling about this one... It sounds awesome! When is the damn modem  coming out?!???!!! I want it NOW!

Will this game just have navy seals featured in the game or will you be able to play the best special force unit in the world which is the SAS?

Modem comes out in August

Yeah, the modem and Socom is coming out in August so it will probably in in Australia by 2005.;) :D

Socom does look very intresting and I wish there was more info out there on the net about it. Come E3 there should be big updates for alot of games.

Socom is a broadband only game.

I\'ve pretty much have given up any hope of gaming online with my PS2...

If I can\'t have Broadband then I won\'t even bother

The latest EGM (June issue) has 5 full pages about Socom.  It\'s worth the trip to go down to your local grocery store to read it. ;)

The demo disk from OPM had a video with in game footage and everything.  The game looks amazing and the gameplay looks better.  This quite possibly could end up to be the best game on the PS2.  Oh and it is BB only.

On the demo disk it explained that to much was happening on screen to be able to run a 56k connection.

Damn!  Broadband only?!?!????  thats just wrong.... I dont even think I can get broadband at my house... I cant get cable!! :(  Thats just gay....Hey Juslight... Im  moving in!  haha
