The problem with my pics is that there are soooo many people linking the photos...that they sometimes end up as a red Xbox.....err...... red X\'s. ;)

Xbox version has slightly better textures..

PS2 version has better lightning..

PS2 version looks the best, and most realistic. [/unbiased] :D

Edit: Oh and Xbox screens seem to be taken from the framebuffer while the PS2 screens are taken via the AV output.. (AV-output - slightly blurred)

Splitting hairs :

The Xbox version - the trees look pasted on against the sky. Also, the car looks a bit pasted on to the road.

The PS2, the trees and sky blend in little better. Also, the car looks like it\'s not pasted on to the road.

XBox version looks heaps better  :)

id like to see videos to see how the lighting in the XBox version relaly is, to me it lo9oks like the sun is behind that tree (look at the shadow)

the car in the bottom XBox pic looks a bit weird (like its been pasted on) probably due to the dust effects on the car..

both versions look nice, cant wait to play it  :)

But it would appear from that one screenshot that the PS2 version causes you to wreck, while the XBox version has some sort of strange "anti-rollover" device that Mr. McRae needs to put in his real car ;) :lol:

Then again, from the first picture, it looks like the XBox suffers from the "DAMNIT COLIN!  I said Don\'t cut" problem that they have in real life too :D [/i]

The XBox version looks better overall...and textures on PS2 version look horrible...judging by these pics(...and they are not even the same pics for both version = this thread is ****!)
...however I "hate" games developed simultaneously on several systems which do not take advantage of each hardware!

The textures on the PS2 one doesn\'t look horrible, just not as good as the Xbox\'s. You\'ve become such a graphics whore it\'s ridiculous

They all look crap!!!!! The xbox can do lovely textures, and that is the best they can come up with, that is pathetic.:mad:

Also look at the wheels, what the hell is up with that, if the game stays like this, then i am staying away from this game big time.(if you couldn\'t tell i love graphics!!:D )

To be quite honest, both look like a PSX game. It should look better in motion (well on PS2 anyway) - but those textures are some of the worst I\'ve seen.
