maintain 60FPS

that would be somethng considering the 1st one ran at 30FPS


Keyboard and mouse for RF2 for those who ***** about the DS for 1st person shooters

the original Red Faction was fantastic but flawed enough to just fall short of Half-Life..

im hoping that this one will be fantastic..

must have..

and if its running at 60fps then :D:D:D

FatalX, that 3rd shot is absolutely awesome.  All of \'em give me a sense of MGS2 in a FPS mode.  Clean screens...and if it\'ll maintain 60 FPS, there\'s little a person\'s brain would have time to complain about.  Can\'t wait...this looks to be a keeper thus far.

I like!

Red Faction was a very good game.. I wish they would fix the multiplayer in this one (it was kinda boring in the first.. Maybe online support?)

Mouse+KeyB would be nice aswell..

RF2 might put TS2 to shame!  but that might be tough.....TS2 looks awesome!  They BOTH better have on-line play tho..........

as far as 2 player death-match went, i dont think it gets much better.  playing the lobby level was GREAT fun IMO, cos of all the hiden areas you blast to get to, then when you get in one, and your friend (with bots) are running around outside and you have the gun that shoots (and sees) through walls

well that sums it up, redfaction will have to change a few things to beat the all time best "half-life"........man that game is addictive!!

it comes down to this

we know it looks good

and it if plays like the first then it plays good

now lets hope for a great story and multiplayer added

yeah i agree, it was goo in the first one, but you didnt need to use it that much, it was like a gimmick, you used it a few timess, but no where near enough, and at the end u couldnt use it

Yeah, they talked about all these things you could do with it but when it came to playing you didn\'t ever really need to use it.  And to many walls were blast proof.

Looks nice. I jsut hope it lives up to RF. That was a great game. I will definatly look into renting or even buying this game when it comes out.

thats what they are claiming that the Geo-Mod engine will be integral part of the full gameplay department

it really did suck in the 1st one when you started to realize that its was not really a part of the game

great!!!!! sound good that they are gonna use geo mod more... yeah at first you are like wow this is great!!!!(the geo mod)  then you relise that the geo mod isnt used that much.



but i still really enjoyed it

Geo-Mod was great for deathmatch.. especially the lobby level..

No FPS really compares to Half Life, just because Red Faction isn\'t as good doesn\'t make it bad.

i thought Red Faction was almost as good as Half-Life..

very similar.. just too flawed..

this should rock tho.. :D
