Let see
-Xbox is a PC, Deus Ex is a PC game.. easy port
Its becoming a weekly event now.. lol
and, like most xbox titles I will be playing on my PC in a higher resolution and better framerate with a mouse and keyboard..
Comeon MS! Give me a reason to buy a xbox, quit making it a PC!

It\'s for the PC. That\'s all I need to hear in order to get it.
In fact, I\'ve been playing a lot of Xbox-exclusives on my PC lately..

perhaps Daikatana 2 [another ION storm title] will be XBOX only and tarnish it further

On a more serious note, I *will* (yes I said will) buy an xbox if it provides some exclusive content that I can\'t find on the PC.
So far they have failed to do so, sega is a start.. but, not enough

For those of us who refuse to upgrade computers everytime a new must have PC title comes out...Xbox is a blessing.
I\'m not very fond of PCs...I don\'t use them for much more than the internet.

phew! Glad this is coming to XBox. I wouldn\'t want to have to upgrade my computer everytime a big game comes out.
my PC - 450 MHz, 32MB RAM, no gfx card, 56k!
It is a shame I will play these and many other PC games for MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH less than you guys. and if you aren\'t excited for Deus Ex 2, you obviously didn\'t play the first, one of my favorite PC titles EVER. with better hardware it should be even more fantastic.
playing on a couch in front of a big flat screen with a controller is ALWAYS better than being in front of a computer screen with a keyboard and mouse. PS2, btw has FAR more many times the PC games than XBox has.

this "Advanced" xbox will look like a toy compared to the PCs that will be out in 2 years time. I can build myself a very nice PC for 600 bucks, and it will do a hella lot more and play alot more games then the xbox.

And Xbox games will always look better since no one will take advantage of the latest graphics card. That\'s what sucks about the PC, you are stuck with a game built with a four year old card in mind. Sure, you might see a bumpmap here and there, but nothing to scream about.
Coincidentaly, this is how most Xbox owners feel about PS2 ports.

the PC games are SCALABLE in case you live in a cave
console devs are limited to the limitations of the hardware.
wanna see some morrowind shots and see who does it better (cost aside)?
yeah, xbox owners feel jaded cause the devs are second guessing thier loyalties

Be interesting to see how Marrowind turns out on exbox. It\'s a sure bet it won\'t be anything to scream about, unless you\'re talkin slide shows and short foggy draw distance. Eh, that wouldn\'t stop me from playing a good game.
Deus Ex2. Exclusive for how long? Oh yeah, when asked about ps2 & gc the answer was no comment. Another PC feather in MS\'s hat :rolleyes:

H-A-L-O! There is no PC release date for the master piece Bungie made. So as far as Halo making its way to PC/Mac soon, I doubt it. I\'m looking forward to E3, maybe MS/Bungie will anounce Halo 2, or an add-on disk for Halo.

Xbox games will tend to look graphically superior to PC games for a while. Where did you get that PC games were scalable to the point where if you have a GF4 card, the game will automatically convert to GF4 mode? That\'s rediculous. Sure a PC game may incorporate a feature here and a feature there, but a developer doesn\'t develop with the latest and greatest graphics card in mind, they program to the lowest common denominator and I\'d be surprised if that is the first GeForce card. With the Xbox, developers can key in on one specification without worrying about compatibility issues and can get optimal performance from their games.
For example, Doom 3 programmer John Carmack stated that the game will be built with the original Geforce in mind, e.g. that\'s the lowest common denominator. You\'ll need a GeForce card to run this game, bare minimum. Of course he\'ll add a GF3 feature here and there but it won\'t exactly take advantage of the newest cards. The day PC games look better than Xbox games is the day the GF4 becomes the bottom line. That\'s another 3 to 4 years MINIMUM. By that time, the newer generation of consoles will be on their way out. That\'s why static platforms like Xbox will always have most games that look better than PC games.

Console insecurities are a *****. I\'m sensing some console envy here with PoS2 fantwats envious because developers want a little more out of their games. No one wants to work 24 months on a PS2 game just to come out with an inferior product.

Yeah, "flop" is what I think when I look at the PS2\'s 2002 game lineup. It\'s that fncking pathetic. PS2 owners can\'t live off of MGS2 and GTA3 forever.

Marrowind should be a good test of the xbox\'s strength. Judging by the smoke you\'re blowing, it should look and play better than any PC to come along for the next year or two. Right?
