And it\'s only with the gamecube. I can\'t think of any patform specific characters that could be used for the X-box and the PS2...

Post by: hormoaning on June 13, 2002, 03:56:19 PM: I\'ve never trusted IGN and CVG very much. When gamespot announces that Link is in Soul Calibur 2, then I am going to believe it for sure. Right now I\'m about 70% sure that Link is making the appearance.

And no, Watchdog, I don\'t think that it\'s necessarily a "fanboy\'s dream". I think that even those who don\'t worship Nintendo would be interested in this.

The sad part is.. unlike Fat Babies, C&VG isn\'t actually trying to post utter BS all th\' time. ;)

Unlike with Square, Nintendo and Namco recently formed a strong partnership stemming from Nintendo\'s Tri-Force arcade board. Namco even participated with Miyamoto in Nintendo\'s E3 press conference. I wouldn\'t doubt Link in Soul Caliber for GCN.
