Title: Homeowners....projects?
Post by: CygnusXI on June 14, 2002, 10:50:34 AM
List your current projects:)

Me?
Well, my house was just painted.

I have an existing wall (red patterned block) along the south end of my back yard, and the north end is now getting one installed.

...In a week or two, I am getting all my sidewalks/steps in the backyard redone, and a HUGE 25\'x30\' patio.:thepimp:

It will be colorized "stamped" concrete (all of it--even the steps). It will have a small sandstone pattern stamped into it and be colored "desert brown" with "shale grey" highlights.

Pattern:

It will look like this but in sandy/grey coloring:

This summer my back yard owns joo!!!:D

I own a three family house and there is too much to list. The thought of some of the projects that I have to undertake makes me want to cry.

I think my first job will be to take care of some of the exterior paint.

I had a real nice Koi Pond that I just filled in and made a garden.  I hated worrying about Logan falling in.

I just installed a lawn a couple months ago so I have been messing around out there a lot.

If my wifey will get back to work I plan on redoing the back porch and then selling the home.  Fingers crossed.
