I can see them. But they looks as pathetic as previous ones. How can Nintendo show those kinda screens? :(

They would honestly have to be the most disgusting textures ever. I mean, Banjo and Kazooi looked better.

Ya\' know, while everyone is complaining it looks bad it pictures - remember so does 90 percent of PS2 games. The actual game in motion is friggin\' gorgeous, so download the movies and then pass judgement.

The game just looks like N64 with higher poly count. It really shows how much of a texture monster Gc really is

I saw some direct feed great footage of this game on tech TV, and it looks great, Smooth, and all that good stuff. From what I saw on television, this game looks great, and I will get it.

Nevermind it looking better in motion..

There\'s so much stuff happening on-screen while the framerate remains solid.

Huge draw distances.. lots of little details here and there. It\'s a very lively game, from what I\'ve heard/seen!

some guys in here should remember back when screens of Jak and Daxter were released... anyway, even if this game does not turn into that graphical masterpeace - who cares? I don\'t - as long as it plays like Mario and the gameplay is top stuff it will be a treat IMO.

If it has good gameplay, which I\'m sure it will, graphics mean nothing.  If graphics were all that mattered, I wouldn\'t still play my SNES, Genesis, and NES.

The textures do look pretty crappy.. but it\'s not bad in motion. There\'s a LOT of other graphical nuances that you just don\'t see from the pics.. like the EXCELLENT reflections and character/envrioment interaction. Mario actually gets all muddy when you take him tromping though mudpuddles and stuff.

I\'m not a Mario fan tho. Sonic is much more my style.

Screenshots never do justice. I\'ve seen this game in action, and it flows very well. Its just beautiful. I bet it will be one of the best platformers of 2002.

The graphics suck but the game should be amazing.

I\'m not sure this is going to be that great.

N was running out of ideas when the SNES died.  Thankfully 3D came and they were able to use their ideas in a 3d world and it turned out pretty damn good.

Now it\'s been what?  6/7 years and there\'s been a lot of great 3d platformers since.  They\'ve gone stale.

The movies I\'ve seen of this game show that it is just another Mario game.

What\'s new here?  What\'s going to make people say "wow that\'s really cool!"  It\'ll probably be fun, but it\'ll probably be another 3d platformer.  I\'ve seen or heard nothing to promise a revolution.  Just because it\'s a fat plumber with facial hair doesn\'t make the game an instant classic.

Sonic is the same way.  It\'s run it\'s course and now is peddling old ideas.

Platformers are tired, they need to rest and come back when they are ready to give us something new.
