Heard of it from another forum. Click here. (http://www.beyond3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1279) Sounds awesome, but apparently they never found a publisher.

In case no one is interested enough to go into another site and check it out, here\'s the specs from one of its developers:
Cars were 25000 polys (highest LOD), 4 textures/poly.
Base texture
Reflection map
a texture used to compute a fresnel term
Shadow map
Specular highlight (This was encoded in the alpha channel of the reflection map)
Most of the backgrounds were 2 or in some cases 3 textures/poly
I\'ve measured peak in game polygon counts as high as 30M/sec.

That is a shame, I\'ve always enjoyed Boss\' racers...

25000 polys per car,? gt3 only had around 5k a car

I am also pissed that Type X Spiral Nightmare was canned by Sega. The game had a really cool look to it and sounded like it was gonna be fun!
I hope Sega brings back much of the stuff that was going to be on DC on newer systems much like with Toejam and Earl and Gunvalkyrie.

I went to Niagra Falls for a visit and went into this Arcade. I finaly got to play Sega\'s Jurasic Park lightgun game. It was preety cool. It\'s old but I would love to see Sega port it over to PS2. I love Time Crisis 2, Confidential Mission, and House of the Dead 2.

I can\'t say I believe these numbers. Hype.
