There should be a button on the very top of the keyboard that says "Print Screen" or "Prnt Scrn" or something like that. Hit that button while you have your desktop showing. Then go into any art program (paint, Adobe, whatever), then hit paste. You desktop should show up. Then save it. Upload it to a web server...get the link. And there you have it.

makes sense.

The problem i had with normal Kazaa is that the advertisements about casino\'s that had audio with them always caused my computer to freeze....I guess you could say the problem was more of my computers fault... but dont tell it that.:p

That\'s odd. I have ad-aware and normal kazaa. Kazaa still runs for me just fine...

Yep. And all kazaa lite does is creates a "dummy file" that tricks Kazaa into thinking it still has those files you deleted.

Note: When you use adaware to search drive C: it will still find spyware files in Kazaa lite, but do not delete them, the file it finds is the dummy file.

The theme is the newest version of RhodiumEdge, a guy called Arhra on another forum I read is developing this, he also made another fav of mine SosumiXP, ported from the OS X version of it.

The system stat thingie is called coolmon, one of the most useful programs I\'ve ever had, it can show just about everything. I\'ll find you a link to it :)

The background is one I made myself with a scan from the Lain Artbook.
The Winamp skin is a customized CyberLain (made the EQ sliders invisible, since it really interrupted the pic). I use CoolMon to get me system stats in the lower left. I\'m using StyleXP, but I haven\'t really looked around for better themes.
Icons in the lower left quadrant are for my anime DB, which catalogs all the anime I\'ve got. Upper left quadrant are system programs. Upper right are games. Lower right are media programs.

And it\'s not even half the software I\'ve got installed. Just the stuff I use often (with the stuff I use most often on the quick launch bar). My start menu\'s a mess.

Of course, if I ever change my background image (unlikely, since I love it), I\'d drop icons to keep the image as unobstructed as possible.

Post by: nO-One on June 24, 2002, 10:18:49 AM: Here\'s another update, I\'ve been busy redoing my desktop over the last few days. I\'ve been trying to make it look like the icons were being displayed on thin glass displays or something, kinda like in a futuristic movie or something. Still trying to make it perfect. I redid it, fixed all the lines, put a little gradient on them and made the bevel depth a lot higher.

I also changed the font color and size for coolmon and I have a new set of folder icons, still not happy with them tough I don\'t have the time to do a complete set of my own and I can\'t seem to find a perfect set. :(

And I gotta figure out whats wrong with my monitor... it won\'t let me go past 1024*768, but it supposed to be able to go higher. The things not that old, either. :rolleyes:
