Title: Halloween: Ressurection
Post by: Mr. Kennedy on June 24, 2002, 06:08:23 PM
Yep, saw the preview, not too sure about this one.  However I did do some research on how Michael Myers could be alive after losing his head and found this.

SPOILERS BELOW!!! Highlight to read

Apparantly when Laurie Strode(jaimie lee curtis) absconded with the ambulence, Myers had switched his clothes with the cop or whatever, and so when she chopped off his head, it was not Michael Myers at all.

So there you have it, the set up for the next movie.

Here\'s the link for the trailer.

i enjoyed the first few, but to be honest i just think its gonna suck so much. why dont they just make a new film, with a different monster bloke, different characters etc, rather than pulling the halloween name through the mud more

I thought H20 was a good move, cause it made sense, and was a decent film.

1 and 2 were good, 3 had nothing to do w/ the series, 4,5, and 6 focused on another person and was pretty bad, H20(7) redeemed the series, but I\'m not soo sure about this one, I mean the way thelast one ended was pretty darn good.

I\'ll go see it as I\'m a huge fan of the Halloween franchise (*points out his Michael Myer\'s lifesize doll / action figures / VHS tapes and even the rare bootleg directors cuts of H20 and Curse of Michael Myers * ) . I\'m not too sure on how the movie will turn out, but I am hopeful. If nothing else, I hope that the series ends and they focus on a box set and special editon for Halloween , Halloween 2 and H20. Those three really need special edtiion\'s on DVD.

I\'m going to see it too, I\'m just not sure that this will fit in... then again, Jamie Lee Curtis is back, so it might actually make sense.
